About

The lagoon is fresh, flat and shallow enough to stand in, which makes it the safest place on this coast to learn static apnoea. Three hours: CO2 tolerance, the mammalian dive reflex, and a supervised static in the water. Everyone doubles their hold. Nobody goes alone, ever.
